Family friendly policies.

Whether you’re becoming a parent for the first time or need time off to look after a poorly child, we’ll try to support you as best we can. Here’s a quick overview of our family friendly policies and benefits:

Enhanced maternity leave

14 weeks at full pay, remaining 25 weeks at 50% pay (after 12 months employment)

Enhanced paternity leave

7 weeks at full pay (after 12 months employment)

Adoption leave

14 weeks at full pay, remaining 25 weeks at 50% pay (after 12 months employment)

Shared parental leave

50% of your salary for up to 37 weeks (after 12 months employment)

Unpaid parental leave

Up to 18 weeks per child over the course of their childhood to look after a child or make arrangements for the good of the child

DEI is super important to us here at nPlan and has been a big focus for us over the last few years. In 2021, our peer-led DEI committee was formed, meeting every month with the aim of empowering all nPlanauts to foster an environment where differences are celebrated and everyone, regardless of their background and experiences, feels included.

Here’s just a taste of what the committee's achieved since that time:

Gained Disability Confident Employer Level 1 + 2 certifications
Signed up to the Tech Talent Charter and shared our annual diversity data, contributing to their annual Diversity in tech report

AI Engineer (Platform)

We are looking for an AI Engineer to join nPlan’s Engineering team. We work with complex graph data (each with 10,000+ nodes), applying multiple ML and LLM approaches to understanding the data, extracting meaningful insights from it using a proprietary forecasting engine, and empowering deep human interactions - all of which must work efficiently and robustly in production. As a startup, we also keep agile in a fast-moving environment!
